What people ask before the first clean
What does a standard clean cover?
Kitchens, bathrooms, floors, dusting and bins, through every room in scope. We agree the list with you before the first visit.
Do you bring your own products and equipment?
Yes. Everything needed arrives with the team. If you would rather we used your own products, tell us when you book.
Do I need to be home?
No. Most clients arrange access once and leave us to it. The standard is the same whether you are there or not.
Can you clean outside business hours?
Yes. Offices, retail and shared spaces are usually done after hours or early morning, so nothing interrupts the working day.
Do you handle end of lease and turnovers?
Yes. Vacant properties, tenant turnovers and pre listing resets are regular work, for owners and property managers both.
Can I book cleaning and gardening together?
Yes. One booking covers both, and you deal with the same contact for each of them.
