4. Cookies and Website Analytics
Our website uses basic cookies and your browser's local storage to improve user experience (for example, not showing the chat prompt again once you have dismissed it) and collect anonymous data on site visits (e.g. page views, browser type). We also use Google Ads conversion tracking to measure the performance of our advertising. We measure which pages and links lead to enquiries: page views, taps on our phone, text and email links, and completed quote forms are logged with the page, the type of website that referred you and your device type, under a random ID stored in your browser. This log never contains your name, phone number, email address or anything you type, and your IP address is not stored. Quote requests you send also tell us which page you sent them from and how you found the site. You can disable cookies through your browser settings at any time.
5. Third-Party Services
Website forms (quote requests, the chat quote helper, the lawn quiz and newsletter sign-ups) are delivered to our inbox by Formspree, which processes the details you submit on our behalf. The enquiry log described in section 4 is kept for us by Perspectiv, our website provider, on servers in Australia. We also use trusted third-party tools including Google Ads and Google Analytics. These tools may access anonymised usage data to assist us in improving our service and advertising reach. They will not use your personal data for their own marketing purposes.
