Every clean-up includes weed clearing across garden beds and open areas, a full lawn mow with edging, shrub and hedge shaping where required, walkway blow-downs, and removal of all green waste from site on the same day. We do the whole reset in one visit so the property looks finished, not interrupted.
How much does a garden clean-up cost?
Pricing depends on property size, current condition, and access. We provide a free no-obligation quote on every job — usually within 24 hours of your enquiry. There are no call-out fees and no hidden surprises in the invoice.
How long does a typical clean-up take?
Most residential clean-ups across the Sunshine Coast take a single half-day or full-day visit depending on overgrowth. For larger properties or significant tree work, we'll scope a multi-day plan in the quote so you know exactly what to expect.
Do you remove the green waste, or do I need to organise it?
All green waste is removed from your property by us on the same day. Cuttings, weeds, and trimmings are not bagged and left on the kerb — they leave with our trailer. This is included in the clean-up price.
Do you offer one-off clean-ups or is it ongoing?
Both. Many clean-ups are one-off resets — getting a property tenant-ready, ready for sale, or pulling a long-neglected garden back into shape. After a clean-up we'll happily set up a regular maintenance schedule (weekly, fortnightly, or monthly) so the garden stays that way, but there's never any obligation.
Are you insured? Are you tidy?
Yes — fully public-liability insured, and the property is left cleaner than we found it: walkways blown down, garden beds neat, no clippings on the lawn or driveway. That's a baseline standard, not an upgrade.
