Yes. Tell us the date when you ask for a quote and we'll book the job before it.

Whoever you nominate: the agency, or the owner directly.
Do you send photos?
Yes. Before and after photos with every job, so you have a record for the condition report and the owner.
How do you get access?
Tell us how access works for the property, whether that's keys, a lockbox or arranging it with the tenant, and we'll work around it.
Can you look after vacant properties?
Yes. We can keep the lawn mowed and the yard tidy on a weekly or fortnightly schedule until it's leased or sold.
