We're a registered NDIS provider, so your plan can pay for regular mowing, garden tidy-ups and yard maintenance. We bill the NDIA, your plan manager or you, and the same crew comes on a set day.

How it works with your plan
What a regular visit covers
Most participants book weekly or fortnightly visits. Each one covers the basics, so the yard stays safe, tidy and easy to use.
However your plan is managed, we can work with it
Garden and yard maintenance is usually funded from Core Supports (Assistance with Daily Life) when it's included in your plan. Your support coordinator or plan manager can confirm what's covered.
As a registered provider we can be paid directly by the NDIA for agency-managed plans. Only registered providers can do this.
Send us your plan manager's details and the invoices go straight to them.
You pay the invoice and claim it back through the NDIS. Each invoice shows the dates and the work done.

Call, email or use the form above. We reply the same day and confirm the visits and price in writing before the first visit.

Are you a registered NDIS provider?
Yes. T-Squared Services is a registered NDIS provider, so we can work with NDIA-managed, plan-managed and self-managed participants.
Can the NDIS pay for gardening and lawn mowing?
Often, yes. Yard maintenance is usually funded from Core Supports (Assistance with Daily Life) when it relates to your disability and is in your plan. Your support coordinator or plan manager can confirm what your plan covers.
Can my support coordinator book for me?
Yes. Support coordinators, plan managers, family and carers can all request a quote and book visits on a participant's behalf.
Do I need to be home?
No. As long as we can get to the yard, you don't need to be there. We'll send a message when we're done.
Which areas do you cover?
Across the Sunshine Coast and Gympie, including Caloundra, Buderim, Maroochydore, Mooloolaba, Noosa and Gympie. If you're not sure we reach you, just ask.
